The Policy has been developed in partnership between the Supporting People Team, the Kent Joint Policy and Planning Board (Housing). It has been guided by the Supporting People Grant Conditions for Excellent Authorities 2007 – 2008 and the Department of Communities and Local Government (CLG) reconnection framework.
